On behalf of a senior care facility in Coswig, we are looking for a
facility manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

You convince our client as a person With your professional experience, personality, and dedication. Your salary will be determined in a conversation with you.

Your responsibilities:

Management of the facility while maintaining economic aspects
Leadership and motivation of your employees according to company goals
Employee recruitment and retention
Optimization of quality standards
Ensuring occupancy and utilization of the facility
Representation of the facility internally and externally
Maintaining contact with funding agencies, authorities, and offices
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company guidelines

Your qualifications:

Preferably a degree in business administration, health economics, or nursing management, as well as a staterecognized training as a specialist in healthcare and social services
Qualification as a facility manager according to HeimPersV with corresponding recognition
Professional experience as a facility and/or nursing service manager in residential elderly care facilities
Sales and service orientation, communication skills, and a confident and professional appearance
High understanding of business management
Contemporary social and communication skills
