Job summary
This job maintains and processes shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The associate will develop and post delivery schedules, compile and organize receiving reports, verify merchandise counts, route merchandise to proper locations, pay expenses, receive merchandise for the Facility, organize and maintain the Receiving area by following Company procedures utilizing equipment appropriately.Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines conducting safety sweeps following proper forklift spotting procedures following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials following company steel standard guidelines correcting or reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
Complies With Company Policies Procedures And Standards Of Ethics And Integrity By Implementing Related Action Plans Using The Open Door Policy applying these in executing business processes practices completing work assignments priorities by using policies data resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers other business partners identifying priorities deadlines expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress information determining recommending ways address improvement opportunities adapting change difficulties feedback.
