Job summary
We are seeking a Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
Responsibilities
- Maintains all floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer
- Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store,e.g.Sales Floor, Single Queue,
Associate Lounge,B
Backroomand Restrooms - Adheres to all company policies concerning Healthand Safety(includes the refilling ofall essential items inthe Lounge,Restroomsand Front End)
- Cross-trained in other areas ofthe store(Backroom,Front End,Sales Floor etc.)
- Suportands responds to alll FrontEnd coverage needs/li>Adheresand upholds merchandising philosophyand signagestandards/li>Initsiatesparticipatesinstore recovery as needed throughoutthe day
- Adheres tolalabor laws,policies,and procedures,includingshrinkreduction/li>cmmunicatesaccuratelyandeffectivelywith managementandAssociatess/li>Adherestoalloperationaland loss prevention controlsin accordancewith company guidelines and policieincluding shrink reduction/
- Paticipateinsafety awarenessmaintaing safeenvironmentother dutiesassigned
