Your Responsibilities

  • You will take on the responsible team leadership and long-term development of the Site Management department.
  • You will be responsible for resource management, scheduling, and ensuring the achievement of department and project goals (e.g. deadlines, costs, quality), as well as initiating corrective measures if necessary.
  • You will also ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements and travel safety.
  • You will also act as the responsible electrical specialist for the entire Field Service department.
  • Your tasks will also include the development of your team members, continuous review and optimization
