- Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient needs and providing appropriate nursing care
- Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Providing patient education and counseling
- Ensuring that all patient safety-related policies and procedures are followed
- Mentoring and training staff as needed
- Requirements:
- Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in good standing
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our hospital is seeking a qualified Ambulatory Care Nurse to provide patient-centered and comprehensive care in an outpatient setting. As an Ambulatory Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, providing appropriate nursing care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and ensuring that all patient safety-related policies and procedures are followed.
