    Description
    VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and sense of purpose. With a legacy of over a century, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will familiarize yourself with our client service procedures, cater to our existing base of 2,000 businesses, expand our clientele through referrals and leads, and oversee a small team in carrying out these responsibilities. As you excel in these tasks, you will progress to the role of Agency Director, honing your skills using our established systems. The position offers a competitive weekly pay of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service the current client base
    • Identify new business prospects (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Coach and support new team members on existing processes
    • Provide daily activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as needed
    • Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
    • Passion for assisting others and fostering relationships
    • Previous sales or customer service experience
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
