    Description

    We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our organization at ODELL. With over a century of industry leadership, you will be responsible for servicing our 2,000 business clients, establishing new relationships, and leading a small team towards success.

    As you become an expert in our systems and processes, you will transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a weekly pay range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and attention to detail
    • Effective time management skills and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Function well in high-paced environments
    • Passion for helping others and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service experience
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement
    • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background and personal transportation required
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
