Job Overview:


As a traveling calibration technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site calibration of measurement and test equipment across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:


1. On-Site Calibration**:

Conduct calibration procedures on various types of equipment and instruments, including but not limited to pressure gauges, flow meters, balances, and etc.


2. Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and detailed calibration records, including calibration certificates and reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance requirements.


3. Troubleshooting**:
Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment calibration. Perform necessary adjustments and repairs to bring instruments into compliance.


4. Customer Interaction**:
Communicate with clients to understand their calibration needs, address any concerns, and provide technical support. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.


5. Equipment Management**:
Manage and maintain calibration standards and equipment. Ensure that all tools and instruments used in the calibration process are in proper working condition.


6. Compliance**:
Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and calibration methodologies. Ensure that all calibration activities comply with relevant quality standards and guidelines.


7. Travel**:
Travel to client sites, which may include both domestic and international locations. Plan and coordinate travel schedules to optimize efficiency.


Qualifications:

Education:

Highschool degree and any other relavant education.

Experience:

Previous experience in calibration, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with a variety of measurement instruments is essential.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using calibration software and equipment.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Attention to Detail:
High attention to detail and accuracy in calibration processes and documentation.

Adaptability:
