Your responsibilities include:


  • Generating ideas and creative impulses through crossfunctional brainstorming sessions
  • Developing 360degree concepts for sales campaigns and brand launches
  • Coordinating with internal departments (content project management, design, onair promotion, set design, photography) while considering key learnings and insights
  • Creating detailed briefings for all involved departments
  • Conducting detailed reviews and deriving insights from campaigns and their implementation
  • Continuously optimizing all concepts, sales tools, and campaigns in collaboration with the Content & Projects Manager, with a focus on company language and goals

Your qualifications include:


  • Several years of experience in an agency or corporate setting, ideally in the field of video production
  • Several years of experience in format and sales campaign development
  • Several years of omnichannel experience (TV/online/social media)
  • Interest in current trends
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Team spirit
  • High level of commitment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
