We are seeking for an experienced, organized and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team in our Chicago office.

This self-starter will be responsible for scheduling, greeting patients, verifying benefits, handling payments, treatment planning, completing and following up on insurance claims among other duties.

MONDAY - FRIDAY 10:00AM- 6:00PM, No Saturdays

• Qualifications and Skills_
• REQUIREMENTS_
• High school diploma with a preference for a bachelor or associates degree
• Must be comfortable on the phone and possess strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in dental software
• Dental insurance knowledge (codes, eligibility, and treatment planning)
• Proficient in office work, Google and Microsoft products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
