Description

Responsibilities

  • Facility management of building technology (heating, ventilation, plumbing, sprinkler, and smoke extraction systems) in a team with other colleagues
  • Optimization of system operation and maintenance processes
  • Planning, commissioning, and monitoring of maintenance measures
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and recognized rules of technology
  • Definition and monitoring of necessary inspection obligations
  • Management of the use of external companies in cooperation with colleagues from facility management and building technology workshop
  • Support for minor renovation measures and adjustments of HVAC systems
  • Acceptance of completed services
  • Optional on-call duty

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, technician or master's degree in HVAC/building or supply engineering
  • Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and rules of technology in the field of responsibility
  • Experience in system operation or commissioning of HVAC systems is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and ability to learn new application programs/maintenance programs
  • Demonstrate responsibility, commitment, and strong teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license
