Our Agency has been in existence for 22 years. We currently occupy a wonderful new space in downtown Tacoma. We are the only State Farm office in the 98402 zip code.

If you have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry and a current L/H and P&C license, I invite you to apply for the position in my office.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Requirements Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred. 5 years of sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property & Casualty license Life & Health license
