- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a business or technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, and/or financial/cost analysis.
- Professional experience in U.S. Navy programs.
- Valid Indiana Educators License.

The Program Analyst will adapt existing analytical methods and techniques to specific issues and develop new approaches to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations.
They will analyze and evaluate, on a quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of organizational programs. They will develop, coordinate, and implement performance measures to evaluate productivity programs.The Program Analyst will analyze organizational priorities and provide a range of liaison services to support program and administrative functions, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
The Program Analyst will evaluate new or modified policies and procedures for projected impact on organizational programs.Requirements
