Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Maintenance Scheduling Planner to manage a CMMS system and schedule maintenance requests.
Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Facilities in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Maintenance Scheduling Planner will develop a priority list of maintenance tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and assist this Facilities Department as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a CMMS and schedule maintenance appropriately with priority planning skills. Provide Life Cycle reporting to support Capital planning.
Create and execute change management and strategy plans to further improve the CMMS system.
Organizes and executes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Responsible for administration, data entry and configuration of the CMMS softwareWork with Management on departmental configuration of the system, KPIs and automated distribution of reports for the different departments.
Monitor the availability of spare parts and materials in stock and when necessary, work with inventory team to order new spare parts on time according to instructions.
Responsible for processing purchase requests and expense forms for maintenance material orders from creation to payment processed.Update CMMS with all relative information when new equipment and systems are introduced into the facility environment, including but not limited to:
PM schedules, calibration info, vendor, spare parts, work order etc.
Oversee asset management within the CMMS working with the inventory control department when Assets are released from project to operational use.
Other Duties as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, 4-year degree preferred. 2-4 years experience with a CMMS or in a similar field (maintenance, HVAC, electrician work) required.
Journeyman experience in HVAC or as an electrician preferred. Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs required.
Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours per day; must be able to sit or walk for 0-4 hours per day.
