Description
Coordination of Services both with staff and clients- Able to multitask
- Familiar with billings invoices and assigning work to contractors
- Assist with scanning and filing documents in system
- Knowledge of SharePoint system
- Coordinating authorizations and insuring client's paperwork is in order at all times
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Billing for end of month, ensuring all billing is in order and sent on time
- Knowledge of DocuSign
- Maintain tracking of deadlines, service dates and document integrity
- Must be flexible and have reliable transportation as traveling to worksites may be needed at times
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred)
