Your tasks:

Supervision of the Oncological Center Mainz as QMB
Preparation of the survey questionnaire for certification as an Oncological Center in close cooperation with the medical coordinator
Project coordination and management of clinical projects
Support for internal and external audits
Further development of clinical risk management and Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS)
Preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient, employee, and referrer surveys
Identification of optimization and development potentials in the clinical setting, as well as monitoring of measures


Your profile:

Completed degree in business administration with a focus on health economics (or comparable qualifications) or a completed vocational training in the healthcare sector with additional qualification in quality management
Excellent communication and integration skills
Structured work style and organizational skills
Cooperativeness, teamwork, and assertiveness
