Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a

Commercial Employee (m/f/d) in the Human Resources Department

for a food production company located in Reinickendorf, to start as soon as possible within the framework of temporary employment.

Your responsibilities
  • active participation in daily business in all areas of the human resources department: recruiting, personnel development, payroll
  • processing of incoming applications
  • coordination of job interviews
  • support in organizing workshops and trainings
  • coordination of appointments with company doctor
  • communication/correspondence with applicants, employees, company doctor, training providers, etc.
  • recording of productive and absence times
  • maintenance and creation of personnel
