Our collaboration with numerous cultivators assists in establishing refined processes for harvesting, trimming, packaging, and more.

EHG is committed to offering expert guidance and supplying just-in-time labor solutions, enabling our partners to deliver high-quality products more cost-effectively.

Current Openings:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the following roles:

• Hand Trimming
• Bucking
• Harvesting
• Defanning/Deleafing
• Packaging
• Cloning
• Other Duties as Assigned

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Hand Trimming:

• Hand trimming is the process of cutting off excess leaf material from the flower to ensure end users are smoking only the highest quality material. Speed and precision are key here, with an eye to ensure that the bud looks as good as it smells and tastes.

Bucking:

• Bucking

is the process of removing the flower from the stalks and branches without damaging the product.

Harvesting:

• Harvesting

plants that come in many shapes and sizes without damaging the product but cutting branches off individually or cutting the whole plant down at the base of the stalk, whichever the cultivator prefers.

Defanning/Deleafing:

• Defanning is the process of pruning unneeded leaf material from the branches during the regular life cycle of the plant.

Packaging:

• Packaging

entails sorting, weighing, and sealing product pre-selected bags into various weights.

Cloning:

• Cloning

is the process of taking cuttings from a plant to create more genetically identical plants from it. Cloning can be done in many ways and is at the cultivator's discretion which method is followed.

Other Duties as Assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

• No prior experience in the cannabis industry is required, although it is beneficial.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A willingness to learn and follow EHG's best practices.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Travel Requirements:

• While we attempt to schedule everyone as locally as possible, that is not always able to be done. If lodging is required we often assist with finding a suitable location.

Work Schedule:

• Positions are available weekly.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $1
• This is a 1099 position.

Compliance and Safety:

• EHG is committed to legal compliance and safety in all operations.
• New hires will undergo training in compliance and safety protocols specific to the cannabis industry.

Company Location and Work Sites:

• Work sites are across Michigan at different facilities that we work with.
