Travel Contact Center Agent (m/w/d) in Charlestown


We are currently seeking a Travel Contact Center Agent (m/w/d) to join our team at the Charlestown Seaport. This is a permanent part-time position (30 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service, including upselling and providing tariff and schedule information primarily over the phone, via email, and at the counter
  • Booking, sales, and ticket control for both passenger and freight areas, primarily at the counter and check-in
  • Assist with processing passenger and freight inquiries, as well as special transport requests, including handling hazardous goods according to MOU and IMDG regulations when necessary
  • Maintain and update customer data regularly
  • Enter data into Stena Line's processing systems
  • Act as a point of contact for customer and complaint management

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the logistics, tourism, or shipping industry, or motivated career changers
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
