- Lead and manage the operations team in the assigned unit
- Promote and maintain a strong Safety First culture
- Lead troubleshooting process for process/tooling/other problems that occur during daily production activities. Effectively interact with other departments to resolve issues and drive solutions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with SHE, quality, supply chain and engineering
- Coordinate job, safety, and GMP training for production personnel as required

- Bachelors degree in engineering or a technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant operations experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing others required
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, medical device industry and/or pharmaceuticals highly preferable
- Strong leadership with the ability to drive for solutions
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience as a change agent
