Job Description:

Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Experience in mentoring and managing - 5 Mfg Engineers with emphasis on Lean or Continuous Improvement projects in addition will develop them
- help get more out of the team and take them to next level.

Designs, integrates, and improves manufacturing systems or related processes. Must possess excellent "hands-on" mechanical and organizational skills.

At least 7 years related work experience, with demonstrated manufacturing experience in the following areas:

manufacturing process optimization, Lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma initiatives, and Project Management.

Responsibilities:

Drive the technology roadmap for process enhancements, improved yields, quality, and cost productivity.
Leading edge technology used in process and automated production operations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

BSME with minimum 9 years' experience in production operations
Handson electromechanical and electronics assembly experience
Solidworks
Root cause analysis and CI or lean projects.
Success record of mentoring, guiding and developing engineers
