Description
5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Understanding of Salesforce development processes and knowledge of the wider Salesforce Ecosystem

Key job responsibilities

  • Own and lead the product strategy, design, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform, understand the partner's and internal users' needs, and deeply identify with customers in order to provide a worldclass user experience
  • Understand the internal user's needs, and bridge business and technical considerations that result in innovative and compelling solutions for the users
  • Define product priorities of Salesforce platform related initiatives and collaborate with engineers to develop the solution
  • Overcome roadblocks and evaluate tradeoffs when appropriate
  • Coordinate and sync product initiatives across different internal teams, executive stakeholders, and business units, by establishing a shared vision and getting buyin
  • Monitor and measure success metrics after launch
  • Incorporate feedback into the product development process
  • Create compelling G2M and education materials for partners and internal users (e.g., feature descriptions, use case diagrams, white papers etc.)

The Salesforce Program Manager is within the Business Automation team that supports the Global Connectivity Infrastructure Development organization.

The team has a wide range of responsibilities:

we develop tooling roadmaps, implement process solutions, collaborate with peers and stakeholders across organizations to ensure our employees have the efficient tools and processes to execute on their goals.
