- Cost Estimation: Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documents to calculate the costs involved in materials, labor, equipment, and overheads required for a project.

- Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.

- Utilize estimating software and tools to develop comprehensive and competitive bids for new projects.
- Develop project schedules and timelines based on project scope, resources, and constraints.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress against established schedules and identify potential delays or issues.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope, resource availability, or other factors.
- Customer Interaction: Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Presentations: Delivering presentations to clients on company capabilities, services, and products.
- Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.
- Market Research: Understanding market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in construction estimating and scheduling, preferably in a commercial construction environment.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Quickbooks, etc) and project scheduling tools (e.g., Outbuild, Monday).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years Proven experience in project estimation and scheduling within the construction industry.
