Job Type Full-time Description

**Job Purpose**

The role of Drivers is to safely deliver parts to and from commercial customers places of business. Will be driving a flatbed truck that does not require a CDL. 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and some overtime required. Hiring Bonus. $500.00 when you start, another $1,000.00 if you stay six months.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Drives a delivery vehicle to pick up and transport commercial parts and products to customers.

Ensures products are delivered on time, in excellent condition to the customer.

Loads and unloads parts at both Finn, and customer location.

Ensures appropriate documentation is completed for each delivery and pickup, using proper PPE.

Builds customer relationships by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and behaving respectfully, and ethically in all business matters.

Obeys all traffic laws and safety regulations and procedures.

Maintains an acceptable driving record, and required licensing.

Properly inspects, cleans, and maintains vehicles and reports any maintenance issues.

In the event of an accident, follows proper procedures and make immediate notification to the supervisor.

Takes personal accountability for job duties and results.

Requirements

**Education, Knowledge, and Skills**

High school graduate or equivalent.

Non-CDL Flatbed truck will require getting up and down out of the truck multiple times a day.

Abel to lift up to 75lbs.

Excellent attendance.

Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

Strong communication skills.

Team player who works to assist and support others.

Must be able to read, count accurately, follow directions, and write legibly.

Demonstrated proficiency with weights and measures.

Mechanical Aptitude.

Must maintain proper licensing and acceptable driving record.
