Description

• Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan.
• Responsibilities will include professionally representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of Fire Sprinkler service and inspections to various customers and end users within the St. Petersburg, FL area, including Tampa, Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
• Prepare inspection proposals in accordance with company policy and in a professional and timely manner.
• Actively pursue opportunities with existing and new prospective customers to build the business.
• Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships to ensure our team meets or exceeds the expectations of a longterm partner.
• Establish contact with prospective and qualified potential buyers of service agreement, system modifications and upgrades by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and outlined marketing strategies.

• Fire Sprinkler sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain viable local and distance relationships.
• Strong prospecting drive.
• Proven ability to close work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to pass a postoffer drug test, background and reference check.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Willingness to learn & utilize personal computers to include operating systems such as Windows Office
• Excel and Word programs.
• Must be a selfstarter able to generate new business leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Assertive personality with a progressive and positive attitude.
• Willing to call on new customers.
• Detail oriented.
