Our client is a renowned tax and law firm located in Haledon, NJ.

With around 130 employees, including approximately 25 professionals, they primarily advise and support companies in the fields of corporate and real estate law, both domestically and internationally.

To strengthen their team, we are looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d) at their Frankfurt location.


Your responsibilities

  • Timely invoicing for our partly international clients, taking into account the respective mandate agreements
  • Contact person for all partners and departments
  • Analyzing and clarifying issues
  • Data maintenance and analysis

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Several years of professional experience (preferably in a law firm)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Assertiveness, empathy, and communication skills on all levels
  • Handson mentality
  • Creative and teamoriented personality
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of DATEV (EO comfort) is a plus
