As a Sheet Metal Estimator, you will play a critical role in our project estimation process.
You will be responsible for assessing project requirements, analyzing blueprints and specifications, and providing accurate cost estimates for sheet metal fabrication projects.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications, blue prints, and other documents to understand project requirements.
- Calculate material quantities, labor costs, equipment usage, and other relevant factors for accurate cost estimation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that estimates meet project goals and budget constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, material prices, and technological advancements to enhance estimating accuracy.
- Prepare and present cost estimates to internal managers and customers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred but no required in lieu of experience.

Pay:
$58, $63,312.00 per year
