- Gather patient data, schedule appointments, insurance verifications, track patient referrals, coordinate evaluations and reevaluations, and process cancellations and no show requests.
- Build and maintain a log of all reports sent to doctors
- Collect all payments, complete insurance authorization, and follow up on insurance verification
- Send benefits paperwork to billing companies
- Fax reports to physicians
- Communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling and patient arrival
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity, and empathy toward people that are in pain
- Great demeanor, strong integrity, and compassion
