The North Star for the Verrechnungsstelle for Catholic Parishes in Schopfheim is a modern service institution of the Archdiocese of Freiburg. The 30-member team provides advice and support to parishes and church institutions in personnel, financial, organizational, legal, and construction matters. We also manage the business operations of Catholic daycare centers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing the operations of daycare centers, including personnel administration, staff scheduling, budget planning and monitoring, investment planning, and coordination with municipalities as major funding sources
  • In collaboration with parishes, facility managers, and Caritas advisory services, you will develop and improve the organization and concepts of daycare centers

Your Profile

  • University degree in Social Economics, Public Administration, Social Work, Education, or Business Administration
  • Equivalent education with relevant professional experience
