  • Responsibility for the North region
  • Training, leading and coaching a team of ten to implement sales and marketing strategies and accompanying them on sales trips
  • Building and maintaining relationships with top decision makers in the region and working closely with the trade marketing team to optimize point-of-sale appearance
  • Analysis of sales figures and development and implementation of sales concepts (especially Perfect Store)
  • Active collaboration with key account managers to achieve customer-specific goals
  • Independent cross-departmental project work and active market and competition monitoring
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration
  • Several years of experience in field sales and as a leader in FMCG/consumer goods, with regional team management experience
  • A winning leadership personality who can motivate and develop the team through strong enthusiasm
  • Team orientation, reliability, and organizational skills
  • Analytical and conceptual strength, hands-on mentality, and a high level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in German and English
