• Provide exceptional customer service to all jewelry customers
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry pieces
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
• Stay uptodate on current jewelry trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

• Meet KPI sales metrics in previous jobs
• Previous experience in jewelry sales or a related field is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively upsell and promote products to customers
• Knowledge of basic math for processing transactions and calculating discounts or pricing adjustments
• Technical sales experience, such as wireless or technology sales, is a plus
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly jewelry display area
