    Description

    One of Addison Group's clients, a nonprofit public policy organization, is seeking a Development Coordinator to support their growing development program.

    Job Details:

    • Title: Development Coordinator
    • Type: Contract
    • Length: May 2024- August 2024
    • Location: NW, Washington, DC - Hybrid, 2-3 days in-office
    • Background Check: Criminal Check + 2 supervisory references

    Candidate profile and qualifications

    • Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience within fundraising and/or donor relations
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Raisers Edge, (or similar fundraising database), SharePoint, Salesforce
    • Soft Skills: organized, high degree of professionalism
    • Education: BA/BS preferred
    • Proof of vaccination against Covid-19: Required

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Data and Information Management in Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
    • Conduct donor research and generate reports.
    • Participate in meetings and take detailed meeting notes.
    • Schedule meetings and conference calls for the development team.
    • Coordinate travel logistics and prepare expense reports.
    • Assist with events and special projects.
