Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Post-doctoral Fellow to join our research team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of metabolism and develop into an independent scientist.


Duties:


  • Conduct independent research under the supervision of the Principal Investigator
  • Design and perform experiments in cell culture, mouse models and biochemical assays.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data
  • Prepare research findings for publication in scientific journals
  • Present research findings at conferences and seminars
  • Collaborate with team members on research projects

Requirements:


  • Ph.
D. in related discipline

  • Strong background in animal physiology
  • Experience with mice and cell culture
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Track record of scientific publications is preferred

Not required but a plus:
Motivation to develop into an independent investigator in an academic or industry setting.

Note:
In addition to health benefits, WCM provides subsidized postdoctoral housing at the fraction of market rate.


Pay:
From $58,500.00 per year
