Standard, IL 'The Oberlausitz Care Home & Short-Term Care gGmbH, together with the Westlausitz Care Home & Short-Term Care gGmbH, is one of the largest providers of elderly care in the Bautzen district.

At our 8 locations, we care for 632 residents and 38 short-term care guests and 15 day care guests with the help of 720 employees.


For our care facility "Am Heiderand" in Großdubrau, we are currently seeking a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) to join our team of 48 residents.

This position is available immediately and offers a flexible work schedule of 20-40 hours per week, with the option of working in a two-shift system (morning and afternoon) or as a permanent night shift.


We are open to discussing individual arrangements for shifts (morning/afternoon, morning/night, afternoon/night, 3-shift system, permanent night shift) in a personal interview.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing activating basic care
  • Administering medical treatments
  • Maintaining the independence of our residents
  • Creating individual care plans/SIS/action plans
  • Using digital care documentation and quality assurance measures

Qualifications:
As a new member of our team, you should:

  • Have completed a nursing education
  • Be passionate and professional in your work
  • Create a pleasant atmosphere for our residents and their families through your social skills and empathy
