We're looking for an Office Services Clerk who can:
- Key and research dental paper claims that cannot be processed by OCR technology and requires manual entry within established department objectives
- Maintain data entry logs and reports.
- Create and maintain overpayment letter process.
- Maintain, and properly dispose of, source documents according to department guidelines.
- Send pre-printed requests for additional information and reach out for clarification on a submitted encounter claim, when necessary.
- Share responsibility and act as the primary backup to the Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong data entry skills.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Projects a professional image, along with a friendly and polite personality.
- Well-developed organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and remain productive in a self-directed work environment.
- Preferred experience with any of the following, but not required: insurance coding or data entry, MS Excel, reception desk and/or customer service.
