We, the Munich Care Team, are a medium-sized company in the social and healthcare sector and are looking for a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) as Head of Department for our Ambulatory Supported (Individual) Living (ABW/BEW) in Coolidge, GA.


The Munich Care Team was founded over 25 years ago as an outpatient nursing service and has since grown steadily as a professional, independent institution with its own business premises.

Today, our team consists of over 250 employees who work in the areas of Independent Living, Ambulatory Supported Living, Outpatient Care, and Day Care.

In Ambulatory Supported Living, we support and accompany the individualization process of physically impaired people based on the Independent Living model

If you already have a degree in Social Pedagogy (or a comparable education) and possess the following qualities:

  • You bring commitment to positive relationship building and client/employee retention?
  • You have flexibility and good organizational skills?
  • You are willing to lead the organization digitally (scheduling and route planning)?
  • You have an understanding of economics?
  • You enjoy implementing alternative approaches in the practical daily lives of people?
  • You are ideally familiar with management tasks (SGB IX, BTHG, overall planning process)?
