We are looking for you as a dual student in Business Psychology B.A or M.A in the HR department at our ServiceCenter in Munich.

In cooperation with the University of Applied Management (HAM), starting in September, 32 hours/week.

This is your new task:

Recruiting: Creating and revising job advertisements, maintaining the applicant portal, using active sourcing techniques, and conducting job interviews.
KPIs: Learning and preparing standardized HR KPIs.
From onboarding to offboarding: Comprehensive learning of all important aspects of personnel management, including related administrative tasks.
Labor law: Insights into a wide range of labor law issues and handling them.
Further education: Designing and actively conducting employee training and events.
Projects: Independently managing and coordinating your own projects and the opportunity to implement your own ideas and initiatives

What you bring:

High school diploma (Abitur/Fachabitur), Master: B.A. in Business Psychology or a similar degree program.
You are a communication-savvy organizational talent, have a hands-on mentality, and love challenges.
You are a team player and show responsibility.
You are proficient in using common MS Office tools.
