For Alte Leipziger Versicherung AG, we are looking for a specialist at the headquarters in Oberursel who supports our team in service and claims management in a variety of ways.

Your tasks:

  • Establishment, maintenance and further development of a cross-sector service network to ensure customer-oriented, effective claims and risk management
  • Active participation in the implementation of loss prevention and mitigation concepts as well as restructuring models for relevant business relationships
  • Support and consultation of our agents in the context of agency regulation
  • Development of new marketing strategies in close cooperation with sales and marketing
  • Preparation and execution of lectures, presentations and trainings on claims-related topics - for our customers, sales employees and distribution partners
  • Organization of regular sales and information events (claims days, roadshows, digital workshops, etc.)
  • Participation in selected industry events (BDK, GPD, annual kickoff, fall offensive, etc.) as a representative of the ALH Group
