Description

The Virtual Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and system support of Newegg's Dropship program.

This role serves as the primary contact for resolving system and order-related issues and supports cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Accounting, Transportation, Product Management, and B2B.

Monitor sales performance and manage order processing.
Provide support to B2B, Customer Service, Accounting, and Product Management teams.
Analyze daily shipping data to optimize operations.
Maintain and enhance vendor relations.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements with partners.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or Engineering Sciences preferred.
Minimum of two years of management experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail.
