hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia - Gameday is revolutionizing the way men receive

effective treatment. We have an in-house lab and do all patient testing on-site. Men want fast

appointments and efficient care, and we deliver on both. (Our on-site lab gets testosterone

levels back in 15 minutes)

Our Fullerton clinic is hiring a n Office Manager to oversee the daily

function of our clinic. The Office Manager will obsess over providing an amazing patient

experience, the highest level of clinical excellence and support the provider and the Owner.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Patient care: Support provider with patient visits, ability to wear multiple hats and assist
with clinical duties as needed

  • Revenue: High ticket closing support, save membership cancellations, declined payment
reach outs, quality control, local ground marketing

  • Inventory: Medical supply inventory, amazon inventory, vendor management
  • Quality: Frequent compliance QA checks, patient quality control checks, reducing staff
errors

  • Employee Culture: Staff management, patient google reviews, office maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Confident leading teams and handling administrative tasks
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and support various departments when needed
  • Experience in aesthetics or cash pay medicine preferred
  • Experience managing direct reports

Job Types:

$ $35.00 per hour
