- Receive, read, and respond to customers emails
- Communicate with customers & carriers in a professional and timely manner
- Initiate, assign, and complete selection process for customer orders
- Read and follow directions on orders
- Verify 100% order accuracy and good quality of items picked
- Process the orders through 3PL system
- Provide Leadership and proof of delivery information via email and additional software
- Communicate any exceptions to management and/or customers
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of office areas, staging areas, and equipment
- Manage/reconcile inventory
- Assist in training new team members
- Meet/exceed productivity standards
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Learn and adapt to new and improved processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent product knowledge and attention to detail
- WMS and Microsoft Software experience/knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in multi-temperature environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours which includes days, evenings, weekends
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Prolonged sitting, standing, and/or walking
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
