OUR CLIENT
Our client is a globally operating corporation with a focus on color production and specialty chemicals. The headquarters are located in the Netherlands.

The company is the world's largest manufacturer of paints and coatings and offers excellent career opportunities at its German production sites.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You process incoming orders via SAP and take on holistic customer management
  • You support the ordertocash process
  • You handle orders properly and completely and forward the planning to logistics partners
  • You are the contact person (m/f/d) for customers and answer customer inquiries and handle complaints
  • You develop solutions for customer requirements
  • You develop improvement suggestions regarding the work process
  • You work closely with internal departments such as sales, production planning, and logistics

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable qualification
  • You have gained relevant professional experience in order processing, preferably within the automotive industry
  • You are proficient in common computer programs and ideally have SAP knowledge
  • You have very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • You ideally have experience in dealing with national and international customers
  • You are committed, proactive, and a team player
