    Description

    As a Director of Engineering on eCommerce team you will build and lead a talented team of engineers and technical staff responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Commerce technology solutions. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, and product management to drive multiple complex projects and initiatives, while serving as a primary decision maker for your teams and be a driver of innovation and solution delivery.Leadership,Cross-functional Collaboration,Team Development,Product Development,Architecture and Design,Technology and Innvovation,Agile Processes,Risk Management5+ years of leadership experience and 8+ years of the application engineering experience preferably in eCommerce domain

    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

    • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with product management tools such as Jira.

    Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
