Job Title: Senior HR Generalist at Danfoss
Job Description: Danfoss, a leading company, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their team in Eden Prairie, MN. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations leaders in a union manufacturing environment to support employee relations and HRIS data updates.
This role will involve investigating ongoing employee relations issues, supporting recruiting and onboarding processes, and collaborating with the HR Manager on various initiatives and projects.
The Senior HR Generalist must have a Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of HR generalist experience, and strong skills in employee relations. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting and HR certifications are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Background & Skills: The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to prioritize projects and handle complex issues with a sense of urgency.
