Summary:

The NetSuite Support Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and further development of our company's NetSuite ERP solution.

They will be expected to perform tasks within the ERP that require basic customization with little to no scripting needs, such as creating custom saved searches, reports, or managing forms.

For more advanced needs, they will be working as a project manager by creating work projects for senior development resources and ensuring that the senior team keeps to their promised schedule.

As the ERP is a shared resource across all departments, the NetSuite Support Analyst is expected to become well-versed in the day-to-day business processes of all departments.

They must also document changes or additions to the ERP to all critical parties as well as to be able to clearly document solutions to all inbound support tickets that come into the help desk.

They may, as needs arise, may be asked to participate in developing solutions for other technology resources as well, other than our core ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily help desk tickets assigned to them; be able to troubleshoot and solve the issue within the ETA assigned.
• Communicate clearly and promptly to all departments with status of their issues.
• Document solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to determine needs and challenges with the existing information and help recommend solutions.
• Helping identify and then resolve gaps in integrations between systems (Magento
• NetSuite; NetSuite
• Eloqua; etc.)
• Working closely with our development team, perform end to enduser acceptance testing of new scripts and features.
• Create and maintain a FAQ and documentation log for all new features.
• Provide training for new features and development efforts to the appropriate departments.
• Commitment to training and selfimprovement; the analyst is expected to become an expert in NetSuite and to improve their knowledge via reading, training courses, seminars, and relationships within NetSuite.
• The analyst must stay abreast of new features and updates to NetSuite and communicate possible relevant topics to appropriate departments.

Requirements:


Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience with working in an ERP database
• Functional NetSuite experience
• Experience with HTML coding
• JavaScript knowledge preferred, not required.
• Strong analytic mind
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook skills

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.


Physical Demands:

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.

This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
