As a Server at ITA Kitchen, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing menus and suggesting specials or featured items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing knowledge of menu items and ingredients to make recommendations.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or special requests, ensuring a personalized dining experience.
• Monitor and maintain table settings, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions with precision.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Assist in various tasks as needed, including setting up and breaking down dining areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding food safety, alcohol service, and guest interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills for processing payments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
