Description

Looking for a skilled Moldmaker / Toolmaker who is able to build and repair complex molds. This person should have experience in the Moldmaking Industry.

Job requirements and responsibilities are as follows:

• Disassemble, debug, repair, and reassemble plastic injection molds using industry's best practices. Requires thorough knowledge of plastic injection molding, mold components and mechanisms, and strong mechanical inclination
• Operate tool room machinery including manual surface grinders and Bridgeport milling machines
• Use all inspection equipment including dial indicators, micrometers, depth gauges, gauge blocks, calipers, and shadowgraphs
• Must be able to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, etc.
• Work to.0002" tolerance and understand tolerance stacking
• Knowledge of CNC Milling and EDM is a plus
