Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

This position requires expertise in critical care, ophthalmology, and primary care.


Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments on patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor
• Assist with minor surgical procedures, including suturing
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
• Experience in critical care, ophthalmology, and primary care is highly preferred
• Proficient in medical coding and documentation practices
• Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
