Today, we know what connects us tomorrow Our Human Resources department consists of seven dedicated areas with many fantastic expert teams and has over 280 employees: Whether it's HR management, HR service, personnel and organizational development, talent acquisition & employer branding, HR systems, HR projects, or HR controlling - all teams work hand in hand with the goal of supporting our employees and managers in our stores, logistics, and headquarters.

This position can be filled full-time or part-time (30 hours/week).

What you will achieve with us

Providing relevant key figures and developments to the different departments and continuously developing our dashboards? Of course, our HR controlling is already professionally positioned in this area.

We also have our HR reporting and KPIs in place and we handle a variety of ad-hoc evaluations on a daily basis.

But we have even more plans and want to optimize even further.

So, what are we looking for?

  • Someone to take a
    deep dive into our HR data management. We want to improve even more in terms of data quality, HR data, and people analytics.
