- Facilitate and coach the Predictive Index and other relevant assessments for individuals and teams.
- Champion effective usage of behavioral assessments (Predictive Index) to help the organization understand the needs of a specific role, team, or business strategy, collect candidate or employee "people data" and use that data to make informed and more objective decisions including hiring.
- Facilitate team alignment sessions to expedite high performance and alignment.
- Conduct evidence-based needs assessments that maximize the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive and consultative insight to managers, senior leaders, and executives in the context of helping them solve for business challenges that could involve learning or development solutions.
- Assess current knowledge levels of individuals and teams to identify skill gap deficiencies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and growth.
- Deliver learning solutions in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes.
- Develop and project manage change management plans to support acquisition integration and organizational change.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that organizational development activities are aligned with Firm objectives.
- Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in organizational development to ensure that our organization remains competitive and effective.
- Master's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, or a related field strongly preferred
